As with any transaction, there are some terms and conditions of which you should be aware.  Please take a moment or two to read the paragraphs below before placing an order.
  1. Representation of goods.
    1. The images used on this website are only representations of the products.

    2. Every effort is made to provide the most accurate visual and descriptive representation but vases, particularly those which are handmade or hand coloured, may vary in shade and pattern. Vase sizes stated are approximate.

     

  2. Prices.

    All prices include UK VAT. 

    Ikebana by Junko is not currently VAT registered and can not provide VAT invoices.

     

  3. Payment.

    Payment may be made by:

    1.  Credit or Debit card via the Internet.

    2.  Cheque by post

    Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of payment and no credit or account  terms are offered.  Orders paid by cheque will be dispatched once funds have been cleared through our bank.

     

  4. Delivery Charges.

    Delivery and insurance costs are not included in product prices.

  1. Ordering.

    To keep our costs and therefore our prices as low as possible, we take great care to ensure that we have accurately recorded your order and avoid mistakes. To help with this where we have any queries about your order, we will re-confirm by email or telephone. Please ensure you include relevant contact information for this purpose.

     

  2. Delivery.

    1. Delivery may take up to 5 working days from date of payment.  Please advise us by telephone or email if your order is not received in 5 days.

    2. Incorrect, damaged or faulty goods must be notified within 48 hours of receipt on 01895 622 880 or email keith@ikebanabyjunko.co.uk and a damage/return reference obtained.  Damaged goods must be retained for inspection for insurance purposes until expressly notified otherwise by us.  Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, including shipping costs, as soon as practical. 

    3. In the interests of the environment and to keep delivery charges to a minimum, we always re-use packaging and your order may arrive in previously used packing materials.

     

  3. Returns Policy.

    Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced or refunded as above (6). 

    1. Goods delivered to a 3rd party (ie not the the person ordering and paying) may not be returned or refunded except as in (6). 

    2. Except as in 7(a) goods may be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price. We do not make a restocking charge but unless the products are faulty or incorrect, original or return shipping costs will not be refunded.  Refunds will be made once the items have been received in original condition and packaging.

     

  4. Safety.

    Please note that Hasami are very sharp and not suitable for use by young children.  Kenzan also have sharp pins and along with Hasami should always be stored safely and kept out of reach of children.

     

  5. Privacy

    Ikebana by Junko does not hold customer credit card or other financial information, except as necessary to meet Inland Revenue accounting requirements.  We will not provide any personal information to 3rd parties under any circumstances, unless required to do so by law.
