Many congratulations to Hansa Patel and the Surrey Ikenobo Group for another absolutely fantastic celebration of Ikenobo Ikebana. 

Ikenobo HQ sent Special Visiting Professor Akino to give demonstrations and workshops.

 I was honoured to be asked to assist Professor Akino and what a treat his demonstrations were.  And through the power of modern technology, his audience could see close up pictures of what he was doing on a large screen overhead.

Ikenobo festival exhibition hall As you can see from the picture (left), which shows somewhat less than half the exhibition hall, there were a huge number of exhibits by Hansa's students and guests and of course, by Ikenobo's Special Visiting Professor Akino.
And I am delighted to have had the opportunity to do some arranging myself too. Here is my Rikka Shimputai. Junko Ikebana arrangement
